I send my condolence as a American living in Sweden- I am sure I speak for many American S and swedish people and others. My heart goes out to their families relatives and friends.
We know some of disabled
``The death toll could make this the worst mass killing in Japan in the post-World War II era.``
If only someone received the letters and took it serious it might have saved lives?????
