FORCED TO GO OUT INTO THE COLD INSTEAD OF USING THE INTERNET TO PAY
The other private Dentist office (Vingåkerstandläkarna ).. Did not call me back or answer my questions
/ It seems they have a lot of people working there but did not consider me of any importance.
You would think with so many people that are working there
someone could have answered my email. Well now you know the truth.
Vingåkerstandläkarna only cares about a few PATIENTS
Tomorrow is my forced day out in the cold cold Sweden to pay because there policy they could not get the OCR number and I could have paid by internet/
Now you know many are forced into situations in Sweden. I think the boss seems human but she must answer to her boss
or get fired or forces into something which I do not know.
Otherwize she would not have forced me to come to the office
in the winter of the winter which has changed to very very cold.

In Vingåker the Folkstandvård answered my email . A woman called me back.
She said I could pay when I received my pension money. I was even offered to come the next day but was told that Monday would be better. the woman who called asked about what I was taking. Aspirin or whatever. She gave me time on Monday. She seem like a very caring person.
I had read about a plan that Frisktandvård - Folktandvarden they had they you could things done for as little as 42 up to about 400 kr or less a month. I asked about that plan and she said after my first visit they could set a date
I went to the office on Monday January 13 2014 There was a sign that said if you waited more than 10 minutes to tell someone. I saw someone who looked like the Dentist but he was not smiling.
When I visit the Dentist he seem competent and caring. I asked him why he was not smiling earlier and he said you cannot smile all the time.
I asked about that Frisktandvårdsavtal ( Health Dental Agreement ( and he said they were some people who were to bad off to go under that plan. I ask the Dentist . He said I had to check at the reception.
I asked about the plan . I found out the refused to make an appointment
until I paid the bill. Even though I was told by phone after my treatment it could be set up. I told them they could just cancel it.if i did not pay. You cannot escape paying a bill in Sweden because of the government collection
kronofogden. The Swedish Government gets their cut from Bill collection so they have something to gain. Whatever the debit is true or not. Many do not fight it other have no choice due lack of money try to fight it like me.
I soon found out the woman who called on the phone was the supervisor in the office.
Their rules were you could not make an appointment if you had not paid a bill.
The date had not come. I asked if I could pay by the internet. I was told they had internet banking but I had to come in the cool to pay.
I think that is very cruel that a person the weather must go out in bad weather to pay a bill when it could be done by internet. The weather here is in the minus Degree. That rule should be changed immediately be forced out in Minus Degree weather specially in Sweden.

I woke up with a swollen jaw and I will let you know how I was treated
I sent the letter below to both Dentist office
Immediately Dental Care Needed today
Today is january 9 2014
My jar is swollen i know it has to do with a tooth that has been bothering me and I need attention immediately
I will pay the bill on from my pension money this month. Please email me when you can see me.
