This is very rare unless they are married to a Foreigner or have a Foreign partner if you not family.
Holidays can be a very very lonely time in
Sweden if you are not Swedish because they
can introduce you to the Customs .
I do not know if you consider yourself lucky If they do not have a regular Toilet but an out House. You have to go out the house to use the toilet. It came to me as a shock so ask them what kind of toilet.
Also many have only cold water and some plenty of flies in the summer. The Hygiene
may not be what you are used to. It is an experience which many Swedish people enjoy.
You may too but give me hot and cold water plus a real toilet. Some people have updated to modern times.

Smörgåsbord and Garbage
Sweden is running out of Garbage.
I read that have to export it from Norway. Sweden needs more homes that are run by garbage waste. It should make the heating cost cheaper.
It would be nice if they had more recycle areas closer to where people live. If you do not drive it is harder to bring recycle items.
I find it hard to believe because they are places where there are plies of cigarettes. Also there are companies that have yards on the back side a few of the front lawn piles of garbage. If those were picked up maybe they would have enough garbage
Smörgåsbord is not the same in the United States which have a lot of different delicious food.
In Sweden many Smörgåsbord repeat the same foods. It is disapointed but I heard there are a few places which really have it. I wish knew where and hope they are delicious

93-year-old Erik Carreman still has not any place in a nursing home even though he feels insecure and has a failing health.
His wife died away about 4 years ago and he is alone and wants people around him
Erik's application was rejected by the municipality twice, and the case has been appealed to the Administrative Court, also with rejection,
His name is not a typical Swedish name but he might be Swedish or foreigner who they are punishing for living long .

It is a good thing that a Maxi Ica store owner in Katrineholm took a stand in not selling firecrackers because it made dogs become afraid
"Many dog owners would appeal to friends and acquaintances on the internet to show respect for timid dogs and refrain firecrackers and fireworks."
they encourage other stores to do the same and people to boycott otherwise because of it.

I have not see in a country so many people who are Dog owners.

Helga storm without water and electricity

I have not been on because of the Blackout due to Storm Helga
living without water and electricity again brought back bad bad memories.
I think about all the Refuges and hope they have water and heating

A mixed 5 year old part Swedish child was reject playing with another child due to her dark skin color.
I consider her child Swedish
The mother was ok with them to swim /play for them to play together until she saw the color of the other child skin.

One of the two worst things that has happen to me after having things drilled into my head "Sweden had rules over and over again. I did not have to count on anyone but the law.Later was told by an attorney high up there was not any justice in Sweden. Laws were written in pencil Not anyone would help me as a abused woman. my apartment ,furniture etc stolen by a company

That Deer (fawn ( is one among many. It is probably a orphan. I cannot tell how many times I have see many small baby deers *Fawn in groups or alone. They are not abandoned . It is because their parents or mother have been killed.
They are lured to food and then killed. It is wrong and some countries outlawed it to kill them when they are eating . It something for Hunters to think about. It is horrible to say but it is probably going to be killed.
They could just leave food and keep their distance.S many times Zoo and other institution encourage people to kill wild birds etc they find.
One of the nices things to see it a older deer with Horns. One that the Hunters missed they want their Horns and antlers for souvenir

"A man who instructed his dog to attack young people with non-Swedish ethnic backgrounds has been found guilty of inciting racial hatred and instructed to carry out 120 hours of community service. "
The 36-year-old, who has not been named by Swedish media, made extremely racist statements while he was standing outside a supermarket in Halmstad with his dog, on the west coast of Sweden last year.

Yesterday was earth day.
Earth Day is when you are suppose to turn off your electricity etc for 1 hour
