I  received this nice  from  a  board  member  on  E.on  .This  person  had  good
skills and makes  me think there is hope in having  my electricity  back soon.


Maybe  in Germany  the laws , people  and  companies   care about  customers  like me.

As we did have a Bank Holiday yesterday in Germany, please excuse me that it was not possible to get back to you any earlier.

I do regret very much that your complaint has not yet been solved. Please be assured that we will once again look into this matter very thoroughly and get back to you as soon as possible.

I  am demanding that   since  you were  my  my eletricity  provider and  vattenfallAb  does not  want to  give me  electricity you  turn it on today.
They say the  electricity  grind  is on,

     You had the ombudsmannen write

 "because of the cancellation of the contract with E.ON, Vattenfall are bound to make sure that you get a new supplier"
Oystein LOSETH  ceo  Vattenfall  Ab  has  not  done it  because it is not  true
I never signed   a  contract  with  Vattenfall ab and  Oystein LOSETH  and  he now  has  admitted  it.
 

You let   your  company turn it off without any warning   or   wait for a hearing. 
Please  turn  it  on today.  My food in my freezer
  and  refrigerator  spoiled  because  of it before  and  I  had  a lot  of  pain and suffering due to  what you done to me.  It should  be  for free  because of  what you have  done to me

   You  never  did  not  answer  why  I  getting   2  bills in a  month . I  asked other  neighbors   around if they  were    getting  2  bills. They  were  not.

I asked to come out   check why   1  person and a  dog used so  much  power.  you refused, i thought  there might  be  a  leaks. After  asking to come out to check it you turned  off my electricity/
Your  ombudsman  is impartial.  they  are not  suppose to be  that  way.

Please do  the right  thing  and  turn it on today

Dr Teyssen  was  not  CEO  then  , his   answer  will  tell  me  where  he  stands. Cistomer Ombudaman
was never  on  my  side  and is not  impartial.  It bring  back memories  when the  Konsument bureau in
Vingåker went to   court  against me.

 I  sent  you  an important   letter  which  you sent  to  Reutersberg, Bernhard Dr. board  of management and he   sent  to    who

not  an impartial  person   he  was named  in a  party on my

case Breach of fundamental Directives or Rights in the EU and   he name  was named. Does  your company  stand  behide  the   not impartial   Thomas Gustafsson Customer  Ombudsman ?

You  have never  even  took up or answered  my    issue like getting  2  bills  a  month, I checked with other people   and  it never happened to  them.

Also  I sent  letter  to  Mr Oystein LOSETH. CEO  VATTENFALLab  and  they  have ignored as  Thomas   Gustafsson  who  suggested  it  knew they would  do .You  were  and  are    my  Electricity company. Mr Loseth  and  his  secretarey ignored  my  mail

My   electricty was  turned  off  without  any warning. maybe  in your country Germany  it is handled   in a  fair  way     but  I  thought   would  at least  get  a  trail.  My food was spoiled
and  life  was turned  upside  down  withouT  any  warning  .
This  is  over  the stats of  limitation and  untrue billing.  Someone  sent  me this  statement below
"

This implies that the difference in consumption (towards the calculated consumption in the preliminary bills) has been built up during a period of 5 years (ca)  instead of during 2,5 years (ca).  Since the enterprise is not allowed to charge a consumer more than three years backwards EON has to adjust the bill to a much lower cost."
Vattenfall   Ab  was  a line  company  which  transfered  the  electricity  which  found  out   long  time  after  I  moved  in  the  house.

This is more  than  3 years  why  the  threats  again  ?

See  few  letters    sent  to Thomas Gustafsson  your Customer  Ombudsman  who is  againt me  an not  on my  side or  non  impartial at  all. Investigate it yourself please.
Let  me  know  where  E.on   ceo stands   because  your Customer Ombudsman Thoma  Gustafsson  is not on my side  and  you  were  not  CEO  at the time  everything  happened .

Also  most  people  who  own houses  have  their meters   inside  the  house in  this town


I do  not think they  ever  read my meter.

I  did not  have  electricity  but oil  which  was  more  expensive.  I  change  to electricity a  few   years ago


There  is not  a  fact that  vattenfall  could  not  reach  me.. Since  2006 Vattenfall  could  reach  me  at  this  email  address  the same  as  you have  done. I have  had correspondence  with Vattenfall


I  have  been  paying  my bills  but  your  company sent a  threatening  note to  turn  off  my  electricity    and  treated me badly for  300  for  a  bill. It made  me sick and  frighten since  I  had  been  paying  my  bills to  you. Then  they  back  down when   them  a  letter.


I now  have  problem  with your  company  trying to  read  my  billing  site password.


There  were  times  when  I  spoke  English and  called and  people  hung up on me  after  a  long  wait. Did  they  write  down my complaints?


It is  impossible bills because  there  are time  when  I  did not live  there.  Also  I have not  been  there  about the last  3  months.  Also   lots of  time I   did not  have any  heating.


I  am willing to pay  500 a month  to  a  account  each month  until  this  matter  is  settle. Please  give the  ocr number.

I am not sure if I understand how you mean. E.ON will submit the debt only from us to the district court.  Nothing else. I recommend you to contact the credit department to get full information. They have all the details which hopefully give you answers to your questions. Please call 020-55 00 33.

I  sent  a letter  to the  Ceo of  eon   (  Dr, Teyssen )since I do not have electricity   because  E.ON refusing to listen to  me.

It  makes me feel that i  have a  chance of getting  my electricity  back  when I receive  the  answer.

I wrote   letter  to  Jonas Ambrahamsson     years  ago  but  it  was  disregarded   and it to turned  off  during  while   there  was supose to be  a  trial  I am  not living there  due to not having  any  electricity


The  status   of limited  has  passed  for  your  allege  bills  which   I  did not  owe..  I need  my  electricity   on  by April 1 2014
I am living in Sweden  but they seem to not  care.
