I called the  ceo Rikard Josefson today.  He called me back  I found out that he forward  my letter to the  wrong  office. He apologized and said he would  forward to the right office in   sodermanland. He seems  like  a  competent  ceo   maybe the  people below him do not  care  about the  company. I  will  let  you long it takes  them to  respond.

The  CEO of Agria Birgir Lovgren could not even  apologize  when  he found  out his employee  was  wrong and kept  telling  me I  was  wrong  over  and  over  again. Mr Josefson could  teach him  manners.Calling a  customer  a  Liar  he  implied is not  good business  practice by Mr Lovgren. Who  wants that  kind of  CEO as  Agria  has.






March 12 2014

Rikard Josefson  called me   today March 12, 2014 and I had  called him March 11 2014. He had  returned my phone  March 11 but  I was not available to answer.
I talked to the  CEO  Rickard Josefson  by  phone  and he  seem nice but  I hope  he is competent too.Mr Josefson said  he had  not checked his mail.  He  checked it and could not  find it and  I said I would resend it. Also  I have send  a  sms  to ask if he received it Mr Josefsson said he had  been traveling.. I have not heard  from him  but hope to by the end of the day. I know he  has  a site on Twitter .

Please have someone  contact  me    regarding my garage  claim  filed  February  26 2014 by email.

Why  does it  take  so long?

 FINALLY  after  13  days  my insurance  company Länsförsäkringar  try to  contact me  by phone and did  even bother  to leave  me   a message. It  has taken  then   almost  2  week. They  have  my email  address.They just  tried  1  time

Do they contact Swedish people  quicker???? Maybe  my  personal help got  lost somewhere.
On there  site  it  said

 "Om en skada inträffar kan man enkelt ansöka om ersättning över nätet eller in något av de 140 lokalkontoren för att personlig hjälp.?" Which means


 "If an damage  occurs, one can easily apply for compensation over the Internet or visit one of the 140 local offices to get personal help "

They  have my email  address

 I have not  heard  from  the  claims  department  so I  guess  they will not  communicate
with me   by slow email  or  email.. They  have  disregarded   my  request to  email  me. I  will  keep you informed as to what  is  happening  on this  matter.

I called  Lansforsakringar  back today..  The Switchboard Operator   seemed very competent.
She  asked  the right  questions to  get me to the right person.

The Claims  department  was not so  helpful.

   First  he  said  I  did not have to  be there. and   then  he  said  I   had to be there. Time  will tell which  he means  and  why 
 . You  can  see  the   damages without  me being there.

He  seems  to  want  to have me there. I know many people  who  are  Swedish  they settle  with them  without  meeting them,

After all they  have put through in the  past .
It  bring back the  memories  of them   demanding  my  id  to  be   given  to him  outside  of  my  house   with other  building  supervisor  and other   men  who he brought  with him.
 . Then  my ID was   passed   around.

Also   Many of them  said  " that   they  had to go home  and take  a bath after  being in my house"

They  could  not  pay for me anywhere   to  stay  while  they  fixed  my  house  and  I could not  be  there.

They  did nothing  for me then and  the  damages now  is worst  because  of that.

They know there is not any water  or  electricity in my  house.

I called  lansforsakringar insurance  because  the garage  needs to be replac and  I will let you know what happened. How  they treat  me.


Everyone  connected with  the insurance department was  in   meeting. the first time  I was told they would be  back  after   16:00 . I called after  16  and  was told  it would not be  until  tomorrow.


I read somewhere  they said they desired the slogan( "don't you worry 'bout a thing " )

Time  will tell  and  I will keep you  updated
