The people  below do not have to answer to anyone or else  they would  not have tried  me that  way.
These people at the company do not have any  business etiquette and do no answer their mail. Do  you do  business with them ? Are you treated special because you   are a Stockholder  or Rich? Do  you
really  want to deal with a  company or employees  like them. They  even  refused to send a
letter or confirmation or live up to their  word. are you going to let them get away with it.I have talked to both  secretaries of  Mr Blomquist  and  Ms.Ehrling and  they  do not  answer  their phones  put  put on  the answering  service when they think  I am calling. I have only  once when  it was sent to the wrong  address a letter of confirmation. Imagine  running a company where you  choice to
help not all the Customer  but just the ones you approve  of. That  is what they are doing.

 Your Company had  over 10 years accusing  me of having a contract and
not  paying  my bill . Then  Telia found out that was not true when
someone finally listen to me to finally forced  you to show my contact
which Telia did not  have.  Teliasonera  had  not allowed me  not to
have a phone or take part into any  free phones  others items
campaigns  with a subscription without any proof. I was never given
any compensation but forced to pay,  An employee said even  after all
you did to  me if I a paid  250 and kronors  I could not get a  phone.
It was a lie

Last week  it has taken me about  8 hours after all  the various
employess hanging up  to finally get to an  employee to help me. The
first one and  others   did a check and said ok. One even   let me
pick a telephone number and said everything would be  mailed out to my
house..  I called back and found  out it was not mailed out. I made
another    order that  person  started recording
for my items then stop because of the recording  machine. He  then
said he could not because of something   bill which is alleged.
I asked to speak to a  supervisor and their were non there.

I contacted you. Let me know if you think I am owed  good will or
compensation of what happened to me.

Also Sandra Ericsson Customer Service  Supervisor  which  trying to
act like the   real CEO on yesterday. she disregard yours or your
Secretary  order to help me  and called me today after 1000 June 12,
2012
June 11, 2013 I was  on hold waiting to talk to her  just before  she
went to lunch but she left  and return about 2 hours later.  Also
another time during the  day I called  and she was gone for another
hour or more. I tried various times.

I am willing to work for as a  Consultant  to stop your employees from hanging
up on people who   have waited as much as 45  or more  or less minutes
each time.  Not to have them fired but to  make them aware it is not
professional way to   treat your Customers

Today Sandra Ericsson called me and told me that a woman  who I talked
to . I never talked to a woman and her manner was not correct.

I read yesterday article how foreigners are not hired, and  swedish
people  move from job to job
not because of qualification  but because of that they are Swedish. I
would like  you to judge me on the points not because  I am a
foreigner.

I  think  it has improved but of course  they would  not  give  any compensation  or good will as they call it sometimes.. Remember  you   read it here first . I called  yesterday  and  the  woman hung  up  after  my  wait  of   20 minutes  because  I asked  a question she did not know the answer. Today June  18 2013 they were  very nice and  a better mood   and another  section. It took  3 people  until  I got the help.They  were  all extra  nice.  If not continue and  read below.

Dial  90200 or 0850455000. Wait  up 45  min then   get  hung up on because  you speak English,. One of the secretaries has a mobile number  to  escape.Also  ask to hold  on. It  might has already happened  to you.I will  keep you  update how  they hang  up on you.



It felt terribible and hurt to reach someone  and   you ask if they speak English and they   and then  you hear the telephone  go click after waiting  at least  45 minutes  . It took me over  8   hours  total to  get my help. The head of the  Cusomter Service    Sandra  Ericsson  did not  even  take   up the matter  with me.

I  have other  matters  that  are  painful too and  I am going to  put it right  with  your  help. You  have done  it before  but  you are  going to  make  it so I  and  another  person will not have to  go through
it again.
