September  16  I will list the   email I sent  my email  address to  and if you  ever  received  an answer  from that
site  you  will know that you  are one  of the  few  people  Bill Gates likes to answer  mail.
I  will between now and  then email other  sites. A little  tip  and  even the Stock site  or  management  they
do not answer  your  mail.  Before  you   get  involved with Microsoft  check and  see how he has treated me

  I  bet  you  did  not  sign  a contract  in  Finish like his employees  did not   even  bother  to notice  what language I  was  writing in  and  suddenly  go on  vacation  etc..  I made  suggestions  which  were  adopted and   it  has improved  Microsoft  maybe  even  world  wide. Also  you might  know someone  who would    test  alternative    heating  system    like  solar panels    or winds mills   to   give  me heat.   Water  system  to  give  make my well work so I  can  get  water  from

I guess I must  be the voice of  the non   Swedish speaking  people  or foreigner people in Sweden who have   windows  8. who have problems.

I  was informed  by the person who  took  over  from the  last  person  who   wrote that    Microsoft does  not  give any  support  in any  language  but Swedish in Sweden. I  must  have  been  lucky  when  I  had  ask  support something  and they answered  in  English earlier this  year.

Anyway the  person  who took over who suppose  to be  helping  me   has the   title Intl vendor(international  vendor ) 

 You  would  have thought she  could  have  spoke English. The other  one  wrote me in  English   and   I am   almost  sure that woman who was helping  before  told  her  I was   English speaking. That is what the people in the stores   do when  you speak English and they must  find another  employee to take  over.  Her latest  letter said   my  case will be  closed next  week.   She has   never  knowledge  my

improvements and  suggestions  which  some of which they   have began to use.

I guess it might  be  because  she  contacted   over  2  days later  after  the other one left on a  sudden  vacation.

Microsoft  account ability  is  very poor. Bill Gates   had  someone to take over     my case   who   answered  in Swedish and all  communication even though   my   communications have been in English.

One idea I suggested  was  adopted .  I  have  another  suggestion or  improvement.   people  who speak  other language   are allowed support too.Otherwise  it  can  be  give  in English  or  major language many  people know  or

a  language  which the  employee  can  speak.

The| Customer & Field Advocacy  make  you  feel  stupid  and  dumb    when they themselves  cannot work  the program  themselves.

I WANT  to change  windows  8 for WINDOWS 7 it  is  better.  Windows  8 is  not a good  program  since not  even  their   own  employees can do  the  basic.

Since Mr  Gates  you are adopting  some of  my   suggestions  I would like  to contact me  regarding  the payments  on my improvements and suggestion  for your  company.  some of   which  you already  started  to use

I just  want windows  7 now instead of  windows  8 and  Bill Gates  to pay me  for  the  improvements  and suggestions. that they  used and  going  to  use  which  are mine.

The person  who  was helping me    is on vacation

from  August  5th - 23rd August.  2013. She  never  told me that  but  I found  out    accidentally.   Being  on a  vacation  is not   crime.  Anyway she  said someone else was   going  to help me and  now  I know why.  I have not  heard  from  that  person.

You  would  have thought  that  the  person she said would help would  have  sent  me

a letter yesterday telling  me  she is  working   on it.

Add that  to my  list of  improvements  

5.  When  a  person  goes on  vacation  or is  a  away awhile  Microsoft . The Microsoft   substitute employee  should  send   a email,call or sms  that they have taken  over  the matter.

Bill  Gates  I  asked  then to  send  you  a  copy.

You  have  destroyed  my  whole  morning  with  Microsoft 365  trying to register and install it. Also  trying   send the   screen copy  requests  and  something  else  requested.

How  can  you expect me  to know everything but  your  employee  could not  tell me how to  screen shot it.  i told  her  what  it  said but  she  said  it would  be  better to  screen shot it  she tried  but failed.

On the  internet  it stated

sometimes it's simpler to show someone what's on your screen than it is to explain it. 

It is  not true  for me.

 Microsoft  was late  calling me ( Aug 1  2013 ) after setting up  a  time   between  10-12 yesterday. It was  with  someone  in .Customer & Field Advocacy Team.   (  That  person   had been  in a meeting. .She could  have  emailed  or sms  that  she  was going to be   late  and  asked  if  that  was  ok or  scheduled  it another  day and time if it  was  not..(I do not think it  was her  fault   just  company  policies.)   I must   sent  a screen copy  of my system page. Also She  is an employees  and had  problems helping  me  get  some inínformation  wanted  from my computer.  How  could a customer  ( me have   more knowledge  than  your employees.Also list my complaints again. She  said  she  was going to  sent me a copy of what   we talked about.

 .She  said  problems I  talked   about   never happen before  and  another  one   she would  check it  out.  It is summer  and  it  may not  be solved for  a while. Another  person in the  complaint  department  would  be  working    with me.Maybe  I should   be used  as  a  Consultant.I asked   for good will   in getting  a  Microsoft   program   because  what is happened so far  and while  waiting..

Also  she beat me putting   up  this posting  and  on her behalf I must  say again she is

doing  the  best with  what  they  have  given her They sent me a  person without  any  power

etc

August  1 2013 Someone  from  Microsoft  is going  is suppose to call me  today. I will keep you updated to what happens.

I do not care  about  his work because it is not true  or if he does it  does not come from his heart. That is if he has one
 Bill Gates   talks    about  people  being  equal  which is  obvious he does not .I am just a number and he does not really  want to  change anything. Yes  maybe one  to make  his  bank account bigger.
The more money he earns  the better he feels.How can someone feel good treating  me the way they do  unless they simply do not care.


If  I found something  great that would  make him richer or anything  he would never know.
I think  all email  should  be read and answered.


I  had  just a simple suggestion  but  it involves caring  about people  in this  letter which  he obviously does  not.

I could  know something very important but he would never know  because  he hires people who not read his mail or he instructs  them not  to bother  him.
Maybe in the  beginning  he  really cared about  people  or just  maybe making  money.

I called Microsoft on July 23 and  sent me  questionnaire in Swedish  even though  I spoke to  the person in English.

I had called one time  before and received  an answer.

I had asked a simple question another  and  received an answer. This time they wanted to  charge  me money about  600 kronors each time

They would not let me speak me a supervisor  so I must assume that the work is farmed  out  to prisoners or  overseas.

You force people  like  me to suffer  first.

I need the help  because  you  put the program in the machine.  You  have a monopoly.

Bill Gates  put  the  program in our  computers  but does not help  for free if you have problems
. I am sorry if  you  have the money   he will. should  I say  Bill Gates  for the  rich or if you  have monopoly

Your employee  said the company wants to change and  need the  feedback or complaint  to do it.

 My  suggestions

Here  is a suggestion and  if  you  use it  I would  like  money  each time  you use  it  and I can  improve  my situation. 

It is when  a person  calls  your  microsoft office they are sent  the  complaint forms  out in the

language  you  speak to  them  or the  language you  asked them would  be  best.  I know you cannot  send it out   in all  languages

Also  for the  programs  you put in a machine  we  are able to receive answers to the  questions we have about  them.

I  hope you  answer  my letter  soon..
